We design injection, blow and rubber molds. Every design is checked with mold flow analysis before any steel is cut.

Mold Manufacturing
Molds are made to the approved design and tested on our own injection molding machine before dispatch.

CNC and VMC machining
Core, cavity and plates machined to the drawing.

EDM and wire cut
Fine details, sharp corners and deep ribs.

Assembly and polishing
Fitting, polishing, and checks on cooling and ejection.

Trial
First shots on our machine. Samples sent to you with photos and video.

Dispatch
Packed and shipped, or kept with us for production.

Production
Plastic parts from our molds or from your existing molds.

Production starts on the same mold once you approve the samples. Mold and parts are quoted together.

Send us your mold. We check it, run trials, and start production after you approve the samples.

About Us
Brij Mold Makers is a mold design and manufacturing company. Our team has worked with leading manufacturers in the automotive, household, FMCG and electronics industries.
Design work is led by Yuvraj Sehgal. We design in SolidWorks, Siemens NX and AutoCAD, and run flow analysis in Autodesk Moldflow.
